Thank you Michelle for keeping this 83yr old feeling and looking young! Recently, I ran into a former colleague who didn't recognize me. She said, "Charlene!? is that you? Michelle is easy to talk with and understands my goals. She developed a training program to benefit me, it has been simple to follow. If I'm not getting the form down correctly then Michelle will do the exercises too. This helps me get a better visual of how my body should be moving.
